Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
- you will use the products lawfully.
3. LAWFUL PRODUCTS AND USE
Grow District sells equipment and supplies intended for lawful indoor gardening, horticulture, controlled-environment agriculture and related legitimate purposes.
We do not sell controlled substances, cannabis, illegal drugs or products whose possession is prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, installation and use of any product complies with the laws applicable in your location.
We do not provide legal advice regarding cultivation, licensing or local regulations.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability.
Product images may be illustrative. Colour, packaging, included accessories and minor specifications may vary where manufacturers update their products.
Manufacturer specifications, warranty terms and technical data may change without notice.

5. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY
Product availability is determined by the selected delivery region and relevant fulfilment location.
Our regional storefronts include:
- /uk for the United Kingdom;
- /us for the United States; and
- /eu for supported European destinations.
A product available in one region may be unavailable in another.
We may cancel and refund an order where the product cannot be lawfully or practically supplied to the selected delivery destination.
6. PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Prices are displayed according to the selected regional storefront.
Supported display currencies may include:
- GBP for the United Kingdom;
- USD for the United States; and
- EUR for the European Union storefront.
The final price, taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown during checkout.
Where an obvious pricing, currency or technical error occurs, we may reject or cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
7. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, begin fulfilment or dispatch the products, depending on the circumstances.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- stock is unavailable;
- the delivery address cannot be serviced;
- the order contains an obvious error;
- the product is restricted in the destination; or
- fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
8. PAYMENT
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, card networks, digital wallets or other authorised payment providers.
We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems.
Payment providers may perform verification, fraud prevention and security checks.
9. DELIVERY
Delivery estimates and charges are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Risk in the goods generally transfers when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you.
Ownership transfers after full payment has been received, subject to applicable law.
10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms restricts statutory rights relating to:
- faulty goods;
- goods that are not as described;
- goods that are not of satisfactory quality;
- goods that are not fit for purpose; or
- mandatory cancellation rights.
11. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Certain products include warranties provided by their manufacturer.
Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions vary by product and manufacturer.
Grow District may assist with a warranty claim, but the manufacturer may require:
- proof of purchase;
- serial numbers;
- photographs or video;
- troubleshooting;
- return of defective parts; or
- inspection of the product.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory consumer rights.
12. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Some products involve electricity, water, ventilation, heating, pressurised systems or other technical risks.
You are responsible for:
- following manufacturer instructions;
- checking product compatibility;
- ensuring safe installation;
- using qualified professionals where appropriate;
- complying with electrical, building, fire and safety requirements; and
- maintaining adequate ventilation and operating conditions.
Grow District is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, design, text, graphics, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Growth District Group Ltd.
Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission.
14. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- upload malicious code;
- scrape or extract content at unreasonable scale;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false payment or delivery information; or
